The PADI Tec 45 course is about refining precision while taking on greater depth, complexity, and decompression responsibility. You’ll move beyond limited decompression and learn to plan and execute full technical dives with confidence and control.

Through a combination of theory sessions, confined water training, and open water dives, you will learn to:

• Plan and execute full decompression dives

• Apply advanced decompression theory and ascent planning

• Manage multiple decompression gases safely and efficiently

• Refine gas planning for increased depth and bottom time

• Maintain precise buoyancy, trim, and control during decompression

• Handle increased task loading while maintaining awareness

• Execute gas switches and gas-sharing procedures at depth

• Respond to equipment failures and emergencies during decompression

• Conduct technical dives to 45 meters / 150 feet
