- Learn scuba diving in some of the best conditions in Bali. Amed & Tulamben offer easy conditions for beginners with shallow and calm waters. We also have a large pool for safe training. Get your PADI Open Water Diver or PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification during your stay with us.
